JAACK Management Group LLC ("JAACK," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on jaackmanagementgroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a commercial cleaning company. Our website exists to help commercial property managers and business owners reach us. We do not sell your information.
Information we collect
When you submit our walkthrough request form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company, email, phone, city, ZIP, facility type, frequency, square footage, and any notes you write. We use that information to respond to your request and provide a written scope.
When you visit our site, our hosting provider Cloudflare collects standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, request path) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a limited time and used to investigate threats and operational issues. We do not use behavioral tracking, advertising pixels, or third party analytics that fingerprint visitors.
How we use your information
- Respond to your walkthrough request and prepare a written scope.
- Communicate with you about service, scheduling, billing, and contract.
- Maintain operational records consistent with our contract obligations.
- Investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not enrich or share your contact data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we protect your information
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages with HTTPS enforced, HSTS preload, strict transport security, and a hardened Content Security Policy. Form submissions are validated server side. Operational records are stored in access controlled systems. We limit access to information to the personnel who need it to deliver service.
Cookies
The site does not set tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site functions.
Your choices
You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted. Email hello@jaackmanagementgroup.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Children
This site is for commercial property managers and business owners. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least thirty days.
