Tables, chairs, AV gear surfaces, glass, floors. Reset to ready state after each clean.

Restrooms

Hospital grade disinfectant on fixtures, mirrors, partitions, floors. Consumables checked. Stock log on site.

Breakrooms & Kitchenettes

Counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, dispensers, floors. Refrigerator deep clean monthly.

Vacuum, spot clean, hard surface mop. Quarterly extraction or VCT program available.

Nightly

Five nights a week. Standard for Class A office and high traffic suites.

Three Day

Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Common for professional suites with moderate traffic.

Weekly or Biweekly

Boutique offices and small professional spaces. Often paired with day porter.

Day Porter

On site presence during business hours. Lobby refresh, restroom checks, common area touchups, escalations.
